I'm Carl and I'm a Physical preparation coach. My main objective is to work with clients to improve their performance. This may be for life in general or for a specific sport. Most people don't move efficiently and have an increased risk of injury. If you don't move well, you can't train to your full potential and will probably break down. My training generally revolves around compound movements, with as much carry over to real world tasks as possible.
